I confirm I am authorized to represent this business, and that if approved to participate on JewelersBid I will: comply with all applicable business licensing, buyer identification, recordkeeping, hold-period, stolen-property reporting (e.g. LeadsOnline), precious-metals purchasing, consumer-protection, and tax requirements for any in-person purchase I make through this platform; give honest offers and item descriptions; never pressure a customer; never silently change an offer, and always explain any lawful change made after inspecting or testing an item in person; and protect customer information and private photos/video I'm given access to. I understand JewelersBid only introduces customer and jeweler -- it never takes possession of jewelry, never processes payment, and is never the buyer of record -- and that approval to participate can be suspended or removed. I agree to the Terms of Service, and have read the Privacy Policy, Jeweler Standards and Compliance Policy, and Marketplace Disclaimer. *
